hafilatrefill is an independent, privately run service that helps people top up bus card balances for Dubai public transport from any browser.
hafilatrefill started from one practical problem: people who rely on a hafilat card for daily travel in Dubai do not always want to queue at a machine when the balance runs low. Our service lets a card holder do a hafilat recharge online in a couple of minutes — enter the card number, choose an amount and pay on a secure checkout.
We are an independent service and are not the transport authority. We do not issue cards and we are not affiliated with any government body. What we provide is a simple, focused way to top up a bus card online, plus support from a Dubai-based team when a question comes up.
We keep the process deliberately narrow. We ask only for the details needed to process a top-up: the card number, the amount and an email for the confirmation. Card details are handled on an encrypted checkout, never on our own pages, and we do not sell personal data.
